A clear explanation of how consumable interview minutes are bought, credited, and measured.

Interview minutes are consumable digital items purchased through Apple App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android. The store displays the final local price, taxes, and confirmation before purchase. The minimum pack is 30 minutes.
Measured by the second
One minute equals 60 seconds. Time is deducted using elapsed server time only while a live session is active. Pausing or ending the session stops future deductions after the server records the state transition.
Your balance
Verified time is linked to your Hire My AI Coach account, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is not a bank balance. Unless a store listing states otherwise, purchased minutes do not expire while the service and your account remain available.
Verification and reversals
Minutes are credited only after server verification with Apple or Google. Duplicate transactions are not credited twice. A refund, revocation, or chargeback reported by the store may remove unused minutes associated with that transaction.
