These terms explain the responsible use of Hire My AI Coach, including its AI-generated interview assistance and paid interview minutes.

Hire My AI Coach is designed for interview preparation and situations where assistance is permitted. You must follow the rules of the interviewer, employer, assessment, school, or platform. Do not use the service to deceive, impersonate, bypass an assessment rule, or obtain unauthorized assistance.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and device security. You retain ownership of your resume and other content and grant us a limited right to process it only to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. Upload only content you are authorized to use.
Prohibited conduct
You may not share or resell account access or minutes, attack or interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, automate abusive traffic, violate another person’s privacy, or use the service unlawfully.
AI answers and outcomes
AI answers can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review and adapt every answer, remove claims that are not true, and speak in your own words. We do not guarantee employment, interview performance, factual accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Purchases
Interview minutes are consumable digital items sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. Time is measured by elapsed second while a session is active; pausing stops future deductions after the server records the pause. Minutes are non-transferable and have no cash value. See Refund Policy.
Suspension, termination, and liability
We may restrict access for fraud, abuse, security threats, payment reversals, or material violations. You may delete your account in the app. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without outcome guarantees. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be presented in the app before the next protected session. Questions: [email protected].
