Prepare for interviews with clarity—not a script.
The strongest answer is specific, truthful, and easy to say aloud. Use this simple process to get there.
1. Choose the evidence you can stand behind
Review the role, its priorities, and your resume. Pick two or three projects, outcomes, or decisions you can explain accurately. Details are more persuasive than broad claims.
2. Practise the questions behind the question
For each common question, identify what the interviewer is trying to understand: judgment, collaboration, technical depth, ownership, or communication. Then select a real example that proves it.
3. Use a light structure
Give enough context, explain what you did and why, then finish with the result or learning. A structure should make an answer easier to follow; it should never make it sound memorised.
4. Rehearse in your own words
Say answers aloud, shorten the parts that feel unnatural, and remove anything you cannot verify. Interview preparation works best when it protects your voice and your credibility.
